FAQs

How can I register for sessions or individual classes?

You can register Online or in-person. However, we strongly suggest:

• Signing up Online to secure an ongoing spot in a class

• Registering two weeks in advance to secure a spot for sessions

• Online registration will secure a spot for drop-in students

Once the session enrollment starts, can I still drop in to any class?

Yes, absolutely. You can drop in to as many different classes as you would like, without being enrolled. However, space may be limited.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit card.

What is the best way to reserve a group yoga spot?

The best way to ensure a spot each week is to sign up at least a week in advance. Some people prefer to sign up for individual classes of these sessions, however, “enrollers”--those who reserve their spots for consecutive weeks--will have a spot first, and the additional class spots fill up on a first-come, first-serve basis (Online registration is highly recommended).

What is the best way to schedule a private yoga session?

Schedule a private yoga session at your convenience. If there is not an allotted time that works for you, you can email us to coordinate a slot that will work for you.

How do I make up a missed class within the session/enrollment?

You are allowed to drop in to any type of scheduled class on the Wachusett Wellness calendar. You can either “enroll as unpaid” Online, within your account, or drop in during a class's time frame. However, “enrollers” will have a spot first, and the additional class spots fill up on a first-come, first-serve basis (Online registration is highly recommended).

What is the easiest way to purchase and maintain my Wachusett Wellness account?

You can do this in-person, but we recommend signing up on our website. You'll be able to create an account and maintain all of your information there. You will be able to easily view your attendance history, as well as your purchased sessions, classes and gift cards.

Do you give refunds?

There are no refunds or partial refunds (except with a doctor’s note).

What is an "any class pass?"

An any class pass allows you to purchase a 5- or 10-class punch card. It can be shared amongst family members, and can be used toward any class that is being offered at Wachusett Wellness

A 5-class card allows you to take 5 classes within a 2-month period. If the 5 classes are not used within this time frame, then the card will be considered “expired.”

A 10-class card allows you to take 10 classes within a 10-week period. If the 10 classes are not used within this time frame, then the classes will be considered “expired.”

What is an "auto-renew any class pass?"

This is the best deal in the studio. An auto-renew any class pass follows the above “any class pass” rules, except:

Once the auto-renew pass runs out, the pass will be renewed automatically using your stored credit card. Please refer to our policy section or speak with a staff member for additional details.

How do I terminate my auto-renew contract?

To terminate or suspend an auto-renew class pass, provide a 30-day written notice prior to the requested cancellation date.

What should I bring?

Please  bring a water bottle, and if you have one, your favorite yoga mat (otherwise we will provide one for you).

What if I have restrictions, or am unsure about jumping into a group class?

Please email us or call (508) 450-1765 if you are unsure about jumping into a group class. We also recommend the option of taking a private session first to work with you on your individual needs, and so that you can get accustomed to our teaching style.
