Julianna tried to retire from her Adult Learning Theory Software and Course Design, however, life has different plans.
She spent 15 years with startup companies wearing many hats, traveling and teaching Software and Design in the Imaging Science and CRM realm domestically and internationally.
Julianna is embracing how things are, and is excited to merge her interactive and effective global training curriculum and design that she saw most effective with Adults and Retention and Theory with her love and passion of teaching Mindfulness and Movement.

About our 200-hour program:
The Wachusett Wellness Center's 200-hour yoga teacher training will teach trainees our E3—Effort, Ease and Energy—methodology, which aims to help practitioners find balance in the Yin and Yang branches of yoga. The intention of this training is to provide deep expansion of self-awareness, discovery, and metta.

Our program is approved and certified through the Yoga Alliance. This also includes altering the program accordingly and fairly as we continue our COVID walk of life.
Our teachers of this Hybrid Program encourage students to embrace this unknown. What you love, what annoys you (e-learning?).
We all promise to work with you to make the experience enjoyable, customized, and “hands on.”

This is a sleeve rolling, shadow facing, fun, and non-judgmental program that wishes to assist with you becoming the best version of yourself in the mind body and spirit, and have tools if you want to share this with others!

Training cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation 30 days prior to the start of training will result in a $200 refund of the $400 deposit, plus a refund of the remaining balance.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the start of training: Entire deposit and program tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
